WORKING PRINCIPLE

  • The Pressure Spray Granulator is specially designed for pesticide dry flowable (DF) solution, Spray granulator adopt hot air suspension with sprayer in dry indoor stream, the water evaporated into fine dried particles quickly. the concentration, drying, granulation process can be completed within a few seconds. The wet slurry from sand mill firstly atomized to fog droplets, water will be evaporated after hot air evaporation, solid phase droplets in the dry particle aggregation. The spray granulation of the granule is a hollow porous, so the wetting, disintegration in water is in good performance.
  • Compared to common equipment, our equipment has rather high granulation and recycling rate with no powder leakage. The high efficiency and good working environment helps much in large-scale clean automatic pesticide production. Granules made by spray granulation are hollow porous with good malefaction and disintegration and high suspension in water. They become representation of pesticide greenization owing to higher pesticide effect.
  • At present, this equipment has been widely applied in many agrochemical companies for DF production such as Quinclorac, chlorothalonil, mancozeb, thiamethoxam, emamectin, benzoate, benzyl phenyl, imidacloprid, emamectin benzoate etc.

Advantages of our DF equipment

  • The discharging rate increase to over 90% compared to 60%-70% discharge rate of former equipment. It reduces fine powder amount for returning.
  • Special designed returning device, sending the rest fine powder (at the cyclone bottom and after vibrating screen) directly to the main tower for second granulating. This process saves extra recycling device.
  • Avoid energy consumption of second drying, and properly raise the diameter of particles which can be recycled to over 98% with over 99% granulation rate.
  • No powder leakage creates a good working environment, to meet the clean production requirement of pesticide.
  • Specific nozzle desgin, for different materials and customer requirements to produce the most ideal products.
  • The PLC programmable control system works automatically in the whole production.
