  • The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer that combines mixing and drying. It forms a vacuum drying device when equipped with a condenser and vacuum pump (the condenser can be omitted if solvent recovery is not required). This machine is designed with advanced technology, has a simple internal structure, is easy to clean, allows complete material discharge, and is easy to operate, which can reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment. At the same time, because the container itself rotates causing the material to also rotate without accumulating on the vessel wall, the heat transfer coefficient is higher, the drying rate is greater, not only saving energy but also ensuring the material is dried uniformly and thoroughly, resulting in good quality. It can be widely applied in the drying of materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and dye industries. It meets "GMP" requirements.

Principle

  • The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double‑cone rotating tank. Inside the tank, under vacuum conditions, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating, and heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated from the wet material after absorbing heat is removed through a vacuum exhaust pipe by a vacuum pump. Since the tank is in a vacuum state and the rotation of the tank continuously turns the material up and down, inside and out, it accelerates the drying speed of the material, improves drying efficiency, and achieves the purpose of uniform drying.

Application Area
